The theme for the conference is \u201cSmart Cartography for Sustainable Development\u201d.<br \/>The Scientific Committee will be compiling a comprehensive and exciting programme in which local and international speakers will address the challenges facing African countries and other developing nations in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlight progress made thus far and propose steps to be taken to create a better life for all. Presentations and discussions by invited speakers and delegates will focus on future strategies to ensure that smart cartography plays a vital role in informing and guiding sustainable development.<br \/>The conference aims to provide a platform for delegates to acquire information on scientific developments, share knowledge and network with other professionals in their fields. We hope to welcome a growing number of delegates from African countries and the globe to widen our pool of knowledge on delivering the SDGs using smart cartographic techniques.<br \/>Our sponsors and exhibitors will also be displaying the latest equipment and technology available in the market.
