Terms and Conditions

Group Registrations/ Payment on behalf of a Delegate

Where a single payment is made for a group of delegates or where payment is made on behalf of a delegate, please provide a list of the delegate(s) on behalf of whom the payment is made. This will enable the payment to be matched to the delegate.

Early-bird Registration

The early-bird registration fee will only apply for full payment of registration fee received by no later than 23h59 UTC on 31st May 2023 (cut-off date for early-bird registration).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of registration received before 12 June 2023 : full refund less R500 administration fee.

2. Cancellation of registration received before 13 July 2023 : 50% refund.

3. Cancellation of registration received after 13 July 2023 : no refund

4. Transfer of delegate registration – R500 administration fee. (Only permitted before 31 July 2023).
